The Explorer line has a specific Waterproof construction. Our Spo-Tex and Sympatex membranes are made with a special design process to make the footwear highly breathable with lasting waterproof protection. The welded bootie construction guarantees better insulation than traditional open linings. All the materials, including the leather, used for this type of construction are tested to guarantee maximum waterproof protection and minimum absorption.

Other main characteristics of the line are: soft and strong leather collar padded with breathable foam rubber to provide maximum comfort; steel hooks that give durable, maximum impact and wear resistance, and smoother, trouble-free lacing. Jointed tongue padded with breathable foam rubber that adapts to the foot, ensuring comfort and stability; Triple density Virbam sole, featuring a lightweight PU midsole, torsionproof core material, and a nonslip rubber outsole; abrasion-proof protective band for enhanced durability and impact resistance, even in extreme conditions; compound hook material to ensure the perfect fit, without any pressure points.
